What are the admission requirements?

Course admission is open to estheticians, nurses, spa owners, physicians, medical directors and others interested in the cosmetic industry field. The State where you practice will determine whether you can perform the procedures in which you will be trained. Most states will require an esthetician or RN license in order for you to practice these procedures. Please check with your own State Board in advance.

Can I attend even thought I am not an RN or an Aesthetician?

Anyone can attend! However, please keep in mind that in order for you to treat patients with these procedures you must be a licensed medical professional. But please always double-check this information in your particular state.

How is this program structured?

Courses consist of separate modules and begin on Saturday morning and conclude on Sunday afternoon. Saturday consists of didactic lectures with clinical observational training sessions on Sunday. You will be provided with a detailed schedule and a course syllabus upon your arrival, as well as all study materials. Slight modifications may be made to the schedule depending on the size of the group. You will be notified of any changes prior to training.

Is this a certified program?

Yes. CEU credits are offered to nurses attending this course for a maximum of 8 credits. Students should only declare the actual number of hours participated.
